What to expect, and what we ask of you.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25 per service is required to book your appointment. Excluding Packages, Education & Events. Your deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance at checkout.

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

• No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

This policy ensures your favorite beauty artist is compensated for the time reserved specifically for you.

For the comfort of all guests, children are not permitted unless they are receiving services.

Rescheduling: Please give at least 4 days notice.
Running late: We hold your slot for 15 minutes past your start time.
Arriving late: $10.00.
Not turning up: 100% of the service.
Cancelling late: Free before that, then within 3 days, $25.00; within 2 days, 50% of the service; within 1 day, 100% of the service.Taken automatically from the card you booked with.
